This book was an easy to read with a fun romance with suspense mixed in just enough to keep me reading. This story has two strong and passionate main characters, Britt and Chad, who are relatable people with real flaws, and they are just trying to do their best. I have always been a fan of the protective alpha male being paired with a smart, strong willed female who need love then they do being rescued. Their chemistry was everything and the slow build of their relationship was paced really well. I really enjoyed the interaction between Evelyn, Chad's mother, and Britt. The whole Young family are very entertaining and welcome Britt with open arms. Overall, this book was really good for a first in the series and I can't wait to see what's in store for the next brother. If you are a fan of protective heroes and strong heroines this book is for you.
