Review

This was a fun and quick read, I do enjoy Penelope Ward's books. I love the relationship between Tate and Blair. Tate and Blair had a strong connection, plenty of chemistry, and a lot of emotions to work through. I liked that their relationship wasn’t easy or rushed. The age gap is pretty large, but I didn't think it was that big of a deal because after they see each other years later, they were much more in alignment. Their maturity and emotional levels developed well within the story. The twist was definitely a surprise, but a good surprise. If you like sweet, emotional, and slightly forbidden second-chance romance, I recommend reading this book. I can't wait to read more by Penelope Ward.
